R-ZYME NS 15

An economical solution that improves yeast tolerance to high sugar concentrates resulting in higher alcohol yield.

  • Replaces traditional chemicals like DAP and urea   
  • Provides essential nutrients including Yeast Assimilable Nitrogen (YAN), minerals and sterols   
  • Stimulates yeast growth and speeds up fermentation   
  • Reduces the formation of undesirable compounds like H₂S 

R-ZYME BH 17 PLUS

Prevents B-heavy molasses from spoiling and saves up to 4–5% of total reducing sugars. This translates into a yield increase of 15-20 liters of ethanol per metric ton of molasses.

  • Inhibits the growth of Gram “+” and Gram “–“ bacteria   
  • Maintains fermentable sugar levels during storage

A state-of-the-art combustion catalyst designed to enhance the efficiency of coal and bagasse-fired boilers.

DOVOY-ZYME HTN ULTRA

A thermostable starch hydrolyzing α-amylase enzyme produced by a genetically modified strain of Bacillus licheniformis that hydrolyzes α-1, 4-glucosidic bonds to quickly soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides.

  • Provides quick viscosity reduction, allowing for higher solids
  • Can be used for liquefaction at pH levels as low as 5.2
  • Offers process flexibility
  • Improves performance at low slurry temperatures
  • Is suitable for a variety of liquefaction process designs

DOVOY-ZYME GAN ULTRA

A highly concentrated glucoamylase enzyme used for the saccharification process in industries like grain processing, alcohol and brewing.

  • Used for saccharification after liquefaction of raw materials
  • Suitable for producing alcohol, MSG and glucose
  • It should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place with a temperature below 25°C

DOVOY-ZYME FERM SAFE

An efficient product designed to control undesirable lactic acid-producing bacterial contamination such as lactobacillus and leuconostoc during fermentation.

  • Controls a broad spectrum of bacterial contamination
  • Does not interfere with starch degrading enzymes
  • Improves fermentation efficiency which leads to higher alcohol recovery
  • It’s degraded during distillation, so it has no effect on biomethanation and secondary treatment process

DOVOY ACTIVE DRY YEAST

A specially selected Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain with high tolerance to ethanol, temperature and osmotic pressure.

  • Ideal for molasses-based high-gravity fermentation   
  • Suitable for both batch and continuous fermentation process  
  • Exhibits organic acid tolerance
